Via Slovenia: Ljubljana – border crossing at Rupa – Rijeka – island of Krk (accessible over a bridge) – ferry harbour Valbiska – cross over with boat to Merag - islands of Cres & Lošinj or border crossing at Rupa – Rijeka – Opatija – ferry harbour Brestova – cross over with the boat to Porozina - islands of Cres & Lošinj

By train

The next train station is in Rijeka. You can also get to the islands by bus or catamaran.

With catamaran

Once a day: Return journey from Mali Lošinj to Rijeka. This line commutes throughout the year and is only meant for passenger transportation. In the summer months there are also return services from Mali Lošinj to Ancona and Mali Lošinj to Venice.
